The Defend Trade Secrets Act was passed in 2016, providing federal jurisdiction for trade secret cases. Since then, we have seen a surge in trade secret cases filed. This session, part of the 5th Annual All Day ACC San Diego La-LAW-palooza, features Procopio Trade Secrets practice leader and Partner Mindy Morton discussing trade secret protection under state and federal law, including:
