L. Reza Wrathall

Reza represents clients facing tax controversies in the areas of federal and state income tax, including U.S. persons holding assets with unreported income in foreign jurisdictions. He also counsels businesses and individuals in the areas of sales and use tax, payroll tax, and property tax. He further assists clients in the development of business transactions including: general business matters; financing structures; mergers, acquisitions and restructurings; inbound and outbound investment planning; and related tax issues. Reza served as a U.S. Naval Officer in the Submarine Force for eight years.
