Overview

Linda solves complex legal problems for businesses and high net-worth investors. She litigates commercial and IP matters in federal and California courts, in arbitrations, and before administrative tribunals. Linda has extensive trial experience in complex cases including winning an arbitration trial as the lead trial counsel. In addition to her litigation practice, she advises companies on their IP portfolios, technology-based transactions, and legal risks in various business operations.

Part of the trial team that secured a $151.5 million verdict for a global cybersecurity company in a patent infringement trial in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Represented a medical device company to secure a favorable settlement in a trademark infringement and unfair competition suit.
Represented a cybersecurity company in a patent infringement suit, with over $2 billion in damages awarded following a bench trial.
Represented a threat intelligence company in obtaining a favorable settlement in a patent infringement suit.
Represented a mobile solutions company in obtaining a successful settlement in a patent infringement suit.
Represented a U.S. computer security company in a Section 337 investigation before the International Trade Commission.
Represented a start-up company in defending allegations of trade secret misappropriation.
