Michael Dean

Passionate about the law of lawyers, Michael counsels Procopio attorneys and staff in matters of ethics and professional responsibility. Mike also works shoulder to shoulder with clients to create legal and business strategies addressing commercial, regulatory, and compliance needs. Mike is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, holding CIPP-E, CIPP-US, CIPT, and CIPM credentials. In addition to helping clients navigate evolving privacy and cybersecurity requirements, Mike applies his experience operating and counseling an alcoholic beverage startup to assist clients as a member of Procopio’s Beer, Wine & Spirits practice team.
