Michael J. Polvi

Mike represents developers, institutional investors, and entrepreneurs in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions and sales, construction, financing, and leasing of industrial, mixed-use, office and hospitality properties. Previously Mike was with Latham & Watkins. While in law school, Mike served as President of the UCLA Real Estate Law Association and was named a Peter Bren Distinguished Fellow in Entrepreneurial Real Estate by the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate.
