Overview

Sara counsels clients on real estate, finance and general business transactions. Her practice involves real estate property purchase and sale, commercial leases and easements, joint venture formation and other equity investments, and financing. Sara is experienced with developers, builders, lenders, borrowers, commercial real estate investors, entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations and commercial landlords and tenants.

Represented property owners in connection with acquisitions, dispositions and financing of commercial property across California, including negotiating cell tower and access easements.
Represented several landlords in lease negotiations for life sciences facilities.
Represented landlords of office, retail and industrial properties, including numerous “big box” anchor leases.
Represented a fractured corporation reach consensus on selling over $60 million of commercial property in San Diego County.
Represented multiple companies in the sale and leaseback of corporate headquarters.
Represented an affordable housing developer in the purchase of land across California.
Represented a child care company in the leasing and purchasing of multiple properties for school uses.
Represented the land owner in the sale of a $20-million industrial property to a public agency.
Represented a tenant in lease negotiations for an urgent care facility.
Assisted a joint venture partner in over fifty land acquisitions for single- and multi-family residential developments across several states, including entity formation, purchase agreement drafting and negotiation, title review and financing.
Counseled a client in the leasing and subsequent sale of a real estate portfolio consisting of numerous properties throughout the United States.
Assisted a property management and investment corporation client in obtaining multimillion-dollar loans for apartment complexes in Southern California.
